According to ASIC Records – The Director of that company is “CSILLA VINKOVICSNE CAROLI” who is from Romania.
The Shares of “Online Business Registration” is 100% owned by a company in Hungary called “DELPHI FINANCIAL GROUP HUNGARY LTD”. That’s right, in Hungary, not Australia.
If they are saying they are your “ASIC Registered Agent” or you should seek a refund from another legitimate ASIC Registered Agent you have paid, they are misleading you. You do NOT have to use them again.
