They are a legitimate software service company that send out marketing correspondence to Australian companies and businesses offering help to renew their business name or perform their statutory annual company review. The marketing correspondence issued to Australian companies and businesses are set out on Registration’s letterhead and include on the front page the following statement: “Registration is a third-party annual company review service provider. We are independent of ASIC. This is not a bill. You do not have to pay any money”.
Registration’s marketing correspondence explains it is a private company providing business name renewal and company review services. Registration is aware there are some people who don’t want to receive their marketing correspondence or engage their services.
They action all “opt-out” requests submitted at reg.com.au/do-not-contact.
It has been reported there are various “review sites” that display fake “negative-bot-reviews” about Registration’s renewal and review services. You can safely ignore these fake reviews as Registration provide a legitimate service.
